We make our best effort to capture the essence and details of each item in its photograph displayed on our site; however, some pieces may look different in different settings. In some cases, the item you are purchasing may be one of several pieces in a series, and the photograph displayed is of one piece in the series and may only be a representation of the item you are buying. To the best of our knowledge and ability to confirm, each item for sale on our site is an authentic original that was made in Israel.
We make our best effort to ensure that product descriptions and other content on our site are accurate and current, however; we do not warrant that all information is complete and error-free. If you feel that an item purchased from our site is not as described, you may return the item in the same condition in which your received it for a full refund.
When you visit our site and enter your contact information, or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically and we therefore take this as your consent to receive communications from us electronically. If at any point you wish to no longer receive communication from us, please notify us by emailing your request to Support@ShopIsraelArt.com.
ShopIsraelArt.com may collect information from our visitors and customers at various points on our site. We will not share your information with any third party for any reason.
Our site uses 128bit Secure Socket Layer protection, the highest level of protection available for internet sales. Your payment information is securely encrypted throughout the purchase process, as confirmed by the display of a small padlock in the bottom right corner of your browser window.
All payments are due in full before your purchases can be shipped. All prices are stated in U.S. dollars. All prices are as posted on our site, and will not alter from the time of your purchase to the time you are charged. You are responsible for all shipping costs including transport fees and insurance. These costs will be posted and added to your purchase price at the time of your checkout.
By purchasing goods that are being shipped to you from Israel, in some cases you may be subject to customs or duty fees (not including shipments to within Israeli). If such fees apply to your purchase, you will be responsible for these in full. Please note that customs regulations are complex and constantly changing, and we have no way of knowing when and if such charges will be incurred, so we are unable to notify you ahead of time. We do our best to use shipping methods that avoid unnecessary additional costs whenever possible, such as custom brokerage fees. In the case that customs fees are incurred, they are based on the total value of your purchase including what you paid for the item, its shipping, and its insurance. We will include an invoice in each package stating these costs. To the best of our knowledge and experience, U.S. purchasers importing shipments of purchases similar to the items sold on our site, whose total value is $200 or less, generally do not incur customs fees (total value is calculated considering all packages received in one day). Some customers interested in making large purchases, but concerned about incurring customs fees, may choose to place their orders in such a way as to receive only $200 worth of goods or less per day. We do not guarantee that this will avoid customs fees and we remind you that the incurrence of customs fees is at the sole discretion of the customs agency of your country. If you have been charged any additional fees including customs fees, we would like to hear about it so we make keep our customers informed.
We use Israel Post EMS (Express Mail Service) to ship your purchases, unless otherwise agreed upon, or in cases that EMS does not offer service to your country. In most cases you will receive your purchases within seven Israel Business days of the date you place your order online. Please note that Israel business days do not include Saturdays, Jewish holidays, and Israeli holidays. We are unable to guarantee shipping times due to unknown and unforeseen factors, including but not limited to issues with customs, or orders being held up due to holidays in your home country. You may check the status of your order or get more information about Israel Post EMS at any time through our Order Tracking link on any page of our site. In you have not received your purchase within seven Israel business days, we request that you contact us at Support@ShopIsraelArt.com so that we may look into the matter further. Items advertised with free shipping will be shipped by Registered Israel Post, and will take two to three weeks to arrive, from the date they are shipped. You always have the option of paying for shipping on those items so that they will arrive sooner, via EMS. We appreciate your patience and understanding with the many issues related to shipping items from Israel to other countries, and we are working to keep shipping times and costs to an absolute minimum.
All items are returnable with the exception of personalized or commissioned orders. We accept returns sent back to us within 14 days of the day you received your purchase, for any reason. We will either exchange your item for another of equal value or refund your money, according to your preference. If you request a refund, the money will be refunded to you the same way that it was paid, within two business days of us having received the returned item in the same condition that it was shipped to you. Please contact us at Support@ShopIsraelArt.com if you would like to exchange or refund any item and we will advise you how to return, ship, and insure the item. In some cases, you may be responsible for return shipping costs, at our discretion. We are determined to resolve disputes to the best of our ability in a fair and timely matter. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase but are unsure if you want to return it, or if the item is non-returnable (such as a personalized item), please contact us at Support@ShopIsraelArt.com, so we may attempt to work out the situation to the best of our ability.
